1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. (8 oz.) cool whip ( plain, french vanilla or strawberry flavored for variety)
1 lg. (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple - drained
2 lg. bags Stella Doro Anginetti cookies

Directions:

Blend cream cheese & sugar. Add the whip topping and well drained pineapple to mixture. Slice the cookies in half and fill them like a cream puff. This recipe may be cut in half. This is a simple and very fast dessert or appetizer. Keep the ingredients on hand for unexpected company.
