2 eggs
1 can cream corn
1 cup of sour cream
1 stick of butter (soften)
1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Place in a greased/flour pan. Bake at 350º for about 40 minutes or until top starts to brown.
