1 can cream of chicken soup (or mushroom, celery)
1 can water (use the soup can)
½ cup rice
½ onion, finely chopped
2 ribs celery, finely chopped
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 box banquet fried chicken (or 1 whole chicken cut in pieces, browned)

Directions:
Directions:
Put soup, water and rice in bottom of baking pan. Mix in onion, celery, and soy sauce. Mix right in the pan. Place chicken on top of uncooked rice mixture. Cover and cook for 1 hour, or until rice is done.

Mom made this dish on Sunday’s mostly. We loved the mixture of flavors of the cream of chicken soup and the flavor of the banquet chicken.
