2 lbs. hamburger, cooked and drained
1 onion, finely chopped
4 ribs of celery, coarsely chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans water (use the empty soup cans)
1 large can crunchy chow mien noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients, except chow mien noodles, in a large 3-4 quart casserole dish. (Mom used her dark blue speckled roaster pan). Cover and bake in 350º oven for 1 hour. Uncover, and top with crunchy chow mien noodles. Bake ½ hour longer. Serve.

Growing up, Mom made this a lot. It was so tasty and moist, and we kids loved the chow mien noodles on top the best.
