2 cups sugar
½ cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons margarine
2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan, mix sugar, cocoa, salt and flour. Add milk and cook over medium heat until it thickens.
Take off the heat and add margarine and vanilla. Stir until margarine is dissolved.

Use right away, or store in airtight container in the refrigerator. Heat before using leftovers.
