1 20oz. can pineapple tidbits
¼ cup butter
¼ cup sugar
1 tbsp. lemon
2 tbsp. corn starch
2 tbsp. cold water
1 cup mayonnaise
8 cups tart apples (chopped into bit sized pieces)
2 cups green grapes (halved)
¾ cup chopped pecans
¼ cup poppy seeds – opt.

Dressing:
Drain pineapple juice into small sauce pan, add butter, sugar and lemon – bring to boil. In a small cup, add cornstarch to cold water, pour into saucepan and stir constantly while boiling for 2 minutes. Chill, then add mayonnaise.
Place apples, grapes and pineapples in a large serving bowl or container coat and mix with dressing. Refrigerate until time to serve. Top with pecans and optional poppy seeds to serve.
