Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1st layer:
1 c. Flour
1 stick of butter
2/3 c. chopped peanuts

2nd layer:
1 8 oz. of cream cheese(softened)
1 c. powdered sugar (confectioner's sugar)
1/3 c. of peanut butter
1 c. cool whip

3rd layer:
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1st layer:
Mix ingredients and form like a pie crust
press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan
Bake crust at 350ºF for 20 minutes.
Cool and put in freezer for 10 minutes.

2nd layer:
Mix ingredients for second layer and spread onto
pie crust

3rd layer:
Mix until thicken and spread on 2nd layer

Cover with Cool Whip, chopped peanuts & chocolate shavings. Refrigerate.
