3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased baking dish.

Topping:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/3 c. flour
2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes in baking dish. Bake at 350º
for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown sugar melts. Recipe may be doubled or tripled, as needed.
