Ingredients:
2 c flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Crisco ( best)
1/2 c. more or less of water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Crisco into dry ingredients and then add water slowly to form non sticky mixture. Do not over work the dough! Roll out on floured surface and put
into pie pan. Use fork to poke lots of holes into bottom and sides of dough so it will not puff up when baking. Bake at 375º approximately 8 minutes. You can also use as is for pies that call for unbaked shell.
