2 cups of white cheddar cheese
2 (9oz) packages of frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 1/2 to 2 cups of Mayonnaise
1/4 chopped white onion
Few dashes of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Let spinach thaw at room temperature for best results. Make sure you drain spinach really well before using. Mix ingredients and sit overnight for best taste. Serve with crackers, bread bowls, etc.
