Ingredients:  
1 Yellow Moist Box Cake ( plus ingredients needed from box instructions)
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/4 tsp lemon or vanilla extract.
1 teaspoon baking powder
Fresh blueberries, (or raspberries, peaches ect)

Icing:
3/4 cup of shorting
2 Cups 10X sugar
1 TBS of Vanilla
1 TBS of hot water if needed to make it more fluffy
beat all ingredients about 5 minutes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake according to directions on box and add lemon extract, flour and baking powder. Drop by Tbsp. on cookie sheet. Place the fruit on top of each cookie & do not mix through batter or it will turn blue as many as will fit on drop (5). Bake at 350 Degrees for 10 mins. Cool cakes. Make icing and assemble by placing icing in between 2 cookies like a flying saucer. Wrap individually in plastic wrap to keep fresh.
