1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cups chopped dates
3 T. chopped maraschino cherries with juice
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and mix in flour, salt and soda. Stir in nuts, dates and cherries with juice.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheets
Bake at 275º for 30 minutes
