3 cups milk
1 9oz. container cool whip
1 6oz. or 2 small pkgs JelloŠ French vanilla instant pudding mix
Whole graham crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 13x9" dish and line with graham crackers
Mix pudding mix, milk and cool whip
Pour layer over crackers and repeat until pudding is gone
Refrigerate

FROSTING:
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/8 tsp. slat
1/4 cup milk
Combine and bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute
Remove from head and add 1/4 cup butter and 1 tsp. vanilla. Cool.
Beat until smooth and thick enough to spread on pudding and crackers.
Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
