3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
pinch of salt
fruit of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, milk, and sugar. Add flour and salt. Heat a pie pan with a hunk of butter. When butter is melted, pour in batter. Bake a 450 degrees until pannekoken looks done. It will rise in the oven. Top with fruit or syrup.
