3 c. assorted berries(blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
1 graham cracker crumb pie crust
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1-1/2 cups orange strawberry juice (mix)(can be from concentrate)
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand gelatin, any red flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange berries in crust. Mix sugar & cornstarch in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in juice until smooth. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture comes to boil; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin until completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Pour into crust.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Garnish with COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, if desired. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
