Ingredients:

1 medium onion (chopped);
1 T oil;
1 minced garlic clove;
1 tsp. ground cumin;
4 chilcken breasts (cut into small chunks);
1 can white kidney beans;
1 can garbanzo beans;
1 can white corn;
2 4-oz cans chopped green chilis;
1 1/2 c water;
2 chicken bouillon cubes;
Tabasco sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken, onion, garlic and cumin in oil. Combine onion mixture with drained vegetables, green chilis, bouillon and water. Cook on low for about an hour. Add Tabasco sauce to taste.

I can never find "white" kidney beans, so I just use regular. The taste is the same - yummy!!
