1 cup sifted flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 large egg
1 can pumpkin (16 oz)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup hot water

Directions:

Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until resembles coarse meal. Add walnuts. Press firmly in even layer over bottom of 10 X 6 1/4 baking dish or 9 X 13. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until lightly browned. Soften cheese; beat in egg. Add pumpkin, milk, spice, & salt. Beat until smooth. Stir in hot water. Pour into baked shell. Bake 50 minutes, longer until filling is barely set in center. Cool before cutting. Decorate each piece with cream and walnut half.
