4 egg whites
1 1/2 C. crushed pecans
1 C. crushed Ritz Crackers (approx. 24 crackers)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until frothy, add sugar, vanilla, crackers, pecans and baking powder; mix well.
Pour above into pie shell and bake at 350º for 30 mins.
