3/4 cup uncooked rice
5 cups water
2 envelopes Lipton Chicken Noodle soup with real diced chicken

3/4 cup chopped green peppers
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped celery
2 lbs. Italian sausage in casings (mild or hot or mix one of each)
Paprika (optional)
Slivered almonds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, soup mix and water.
Bring to a boil until rice is almost done (about 15-20 min)
Take sausage out of casings and cook until done, drain grease.
Combine sausage, peppers onions and celery in baking dish.
Top with paprika and slivered almonds
Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 45 minutes
