1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 -10 oz. pkg. spinach, cooked and drained
1 partially cooked 9" pie shell
1 1/4 cup half & half (or a little less milk)
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spread 3/4 of cheese & spinach on the bottom of the pie shell.
2. Beat cream or milk, egg & salt together until frothy.
3. Pour over the cheese & spinach.
4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and dot with butter.
5. Bake at 375º for 25-30 min. or until pie is set (knife comes out clean).
