Breakfast Casserole Recipe

12 slices buttered bread with crust cut off
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cups milk
salt and pepper
Minced onion to taste
1 lb. diced ham
6 eggs beaten
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup velvetta cheese grated

Layer: 6 slices bread, buttered side down in casserole dish
1/2 the cheese and ham then the rest of the bread, cheese and ham
Mix eggs, milk, onion, salt, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire in separate bowl
Pour over casserole and refrigerate overnight
Bake at 350 45 minutes to 1 hour until knife comes out clean.
Can use bacon or cooked crumbled sausage instead of ham.
