1 bottle beer
2 tsp. salt
3 lemons halved
3 bay leaves
1 handful fresh thyme sprigs
1 head of garlic, split horizontally
1 T. old bay seasoning
2 lbs jumbo shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a large pot with about 2 qts. water.
Add beer, salt, squeeze in lemon juice, the rest of the lemon, herbs, garlic and old bay.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes
Reduce heat to med-low and put in shrimp
Simmer, uncovered for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are bright pink.
Drain
Chill and peel
Serve with Cocktail sauce
