Cranberry Salad Recipe

1 lb. fresh cranberries
2 cups sugar
Juice of 3 oranges and rind of 1 orange, grated
3 pkgs. (3 oz. each) cherry jello
mixed according to directions on pkg. in 1 quart water
1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped

Grind cranberries; add sugar, juice of oranges and 1 rind.
Dissolve jello in 1 quart of water and let partly set
Add cranberry mixture.
Add chopped pecans
Let set

*This is my mothers recipe. She always had this at Thanksgiving and I carry on that tradition.
