2 to 4 lbs. chicken
Pan of cornbread, cooled and crumbled
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 to 3 c. chicken broth
1/2 t. pepper
1 t. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 t. sage
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:

Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Boil chicken, cool and then cut into pieces. Set aside.
Make a pan of cornbread, cool and crumble.
Saute butter, celery and onion.
Combine soups, broth, eggs and spices with the sautéed celery and onion.
Add chicken and cornbread.
Pour in crockpot and cook on high for 45 minutes then turn to low for 4 hours. Stir a couple of times.
