1/2 c. vegetable oil
Box of your favorite cake mix (do not add anything else)

Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix the above ingredients.
Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet spacing about 2 in. apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Make sure they don't burn, then let them cool before serving.

If you want to get creative you can add 1/4 to 1/2 c. of other ingredients such as chopped nuts, peanut butter, raisins or chocolate chips. If you are using a white or yellow cake mix you can add food coloring to the batter to make it festive.
