1 bag of fresh broccoli spears -cleaned and stems removed (each floret separated),
1 pound cooked(crisp) diced bacon,
1/2 -3/4 cup white sugar,
1/2 cup Miracle whip salad Dressing,
1/2 onion diced,
1/4 cup shredded cheese of choice,
1/4 cup white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Broil or fry bacon until crisp, cool and chop. Wash and cut up broccoli florets small, dice the onion add to broccoli and bacon add cheese. I use my gravy shaker- add salad dressing, sugar and white vinegar, shake well, drizzle over salad mixture, chill several hours or overnight stirring occasionally-raisins or dried cherries may be added for variety.
