1 c. butter
4-1 oz. squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
1-1/2 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. shredded unpeeled zucchini
4 eggs slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1-3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Glaze:
1/4 c. white baking chips melted
2 tsp. vegetable oil

Heat oven to 350º. Melt butter and chocolate over medium heat in a 2 qt. saucepan, stirring occasionally (4 - 6 min.) remove from heat; stir in sugar, zucchini, eggs and vanilla until well mixed. Combine all remaining bread ingredients in lg. bowl Stir zucchini mixture into flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 8x4 inch loaf pans. Bake for 35-45 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Remove from pans. Cool completely.

Meanwhile stir together all glaze ingredients in small bowl: drizzle over cooled bread.
Can substitute 1-1/2 oz. white chocolate melted.
