Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Crust:
1/2 of a 16 oz. box graham crackers
1/2-3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2-20 oz. pkg. almonds
1/2 -3/4 c. butter melted
Batter:
6 eggs

4 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 can pie filling of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
For the crust use one and a half packs of graham crackers in a 16 oz. box. Break graham crackers 1/2 at a time into blender. Grind until finely crushed. Crush almonds in blender. Mix crackers and almonds, sugar, and spices in a bowl. Add butter and mix well. Press evenly into 10 inch springform pan, making sure mixture is even. For the batter; blend eggs, sugar, and cottage cheese. Cut cream cheese into small chuncks and add to the blender one piece at a time. Blend at high speed until very creamy. You will have to occasionally scrape the sides of the blender. (Pour off some of the batter to make room to blend all of the cream cheese) Add almond extract and vanilla, and sour cream. Pour batter into crust. Bake at 350º for 45-50 min or until slightly brown.
