1/2 c. margarine or butter
1-3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2-1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tblsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
2 c. finely grated zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Soften the margarine or butter add the sugar and oil. Cream together the eggs, sour milk, and vanilla, Sift together and add to the above. Flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cocoa, and soda. Cut the zucchini in half and take out the seeds. Stir in the two cups of zucchini and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips before baking. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min. Or cupcakes for 20 min.
