1 pound ground beef,
1 ½ cups chopped onion,
¼ tsp pepper,
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese,
1 ½ cups milk,
3 eggs,
¾ Bisquick Original baking mix,
2 tomatoes, diced,
6 slices bacon, crisply cooked

Directions:

HEAT oven to 400°. Grease pie plate,(flan plate). Cook ground beef and onion and drain. Stir in pepper; spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheese.

BEAT milk, eggs and baking mix in blender on high speed for about 15 seconds, or with a hand beater for about 1 min, or until smooth. Pour into plate.

BAKE for 25 mins. Top with tomatoes, cheese and bacon. Bake 5-8 mins longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 mins.
