1 20 ounce tube of sugar cookie dough,
I can sweetened condensed milk,
1 cup mini m&m’sã baking bits,
1 cup chocolate chips,
1 cup butterscotch chips,
1 – 1 ½ cups of flaked coconut,
1 cup honey roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease 13 x 9 baking pan.
2. Cut sugar cookies in 1 inch slices. Cover bottom of pan and press dough together to form bottom crust.
3. Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Drizzle cookie crust with sweetened condensed milk. Then layer the m&m’sã, chocolate chips, coconut, and honey roasted nuts. Gently press down so toppings will stick to milk.
4. Bake at 375°F for 15 – 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into bars. Store in tightly covered container.
Variations:
Substitute any kind of nut you prefer in place of honey roasted peanuts.
Substitute any flavor of chip in place of chocolate chip.

This is a copy-cat recipe from “The Corner Bakery” that is now located on Hwy 407 across from the Target Shopping center in Flower Mound, Texas. If you cut them as big as they do, you will only get about 10 bars. Experiment and enjoy!
