Handful of skinny egg noodles
vegetable oil to coat bottom of skillet
1 medium thinly sliced onion
1 can College Inn chicken broth
1/2 can of Uncle Ben's Converted Rice
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Coat bottom of skillet with vegetable oil and add a big handful of
crumbled noodles and fry till they turn brown. Be careful as that
can happen very quickly. Remove from heat and add onions,
broth, rice and salt. Mix and return to boil then simmer for 25
minutes.
