1/4 # margarine 1/4 c sugar
1 egg yolk, beaten 1 c flour
peaches peeled & sliced (enough to fill kuchen pan)
2 T flour 1 c sugar
2 egg yolks beaten
Reserve the 3 egg whites 3 T powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and mix well.
Add flour and mix like pie crust. Press into bottom
and sides of kuchen pan.
2. Combine flour and sugar, mix well and add to peaches, add egg yolks mixing thoroughly. Put into pie crust.
3. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
4. Beat egg whites until stiff and add powdered sugar.
Spread over baked kuchen.
5. Bake at 350º for 8 - 10 min. until meringue is lightly browned.
