2 cups coarsely ground fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 can mandarin oranges, drained (reserve juice)
1 8 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
1 cup shredded coconut
1 large banana, cubed
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 cup sour cream
1 cup whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cranberries & sugar. Mix well to dissolve sugar. Add drained oranges & pineapple, coconut, & banana to cranberries.
Sprinkle gelatin over 3/4 cup combine orange & pineapple juices. Place over medium heat, stirring constantly, to dissolve gelatin. Add to fruit. Fold in sour cream. Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into fruit mixture. Turn into 9" x 13" dish or a 2 qt. mold or dish. Chill til firm.
