1 lb.. extra large, fresh shrimp (unpeeled)
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 medium onion, halved and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 C dry white wine
1/2 C clam juice
1 garlic clove, minced
3-4 plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
2 tsp. fresh oregano, chopped
1 tsp. fresh basil, chopped
1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 C feta cheese, crumbled
8 oz. bow tie pasta, cooked according to pkg.
Garnish: fresh oregano sprigs

Peel shrimp and de-vein if desired.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add shrimp and lemon juice.

Sauté until shrimp just turn pink. Remove shrimp from skillet.

Sauté onion in hot oil until tender. Add wine, clam juice and garlic.

Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Add tomato and simmer 5 minutes more.

Stir in shrimp, oregano, basil and parsley.

Sprinkle with feta.

Serve over hot pasta with crusty bread.

Garnish if desired.
