1 lb ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
1 c. salsa
1/2 c. milk
6 flour tortillas, cut into 1" pieces
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
1. In skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.
2. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half the cheese. Spoon into a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Cover.
3. Bake at 300ºF for 30 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Makes 4 servings.
