1 # pork sausage (not links)
3 c bisquick
4 oz grated cheese (pick your favorite)
Directions:
Directions:
1. Fry sausage until browned and pour off fat.
2. Mix all 3 ingredients together.
3. Form into balls and bake on ungreased cookie
sheet in 400º oven for 15 min.

This makes quite a few . They can be made ahead, placed on cookie sheet and frozen. After frozen place in covered container or plastic freezer bag and store. Use as needed. When frozen bake 5 - 10 min longer.
