250 grs. de mantequilla sin sal
250 grs. de harina
250 grs. de maicena
200 grs. de azúcar en polvo
2 huevos
pizca de sal
Directions:
Directions:
Se cierne por una vez el harina con la maicena y la sal.
Se bate la mantequilla, se le agrega el azúcar batiendo y los huevos uno a uno y por último el harina.
Se labran con el decorador de galletas, equipado con el disco que tiene canaletas paralelas, galletas largas sobre la lata. Marcar como cortando cada cierto trecho (aprox. 5 ½ cm.).
Horno de 300º F. Deben quedar claritas.
