"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Roll out dough balls into semi-rectangles
Cut up the following into little pieces and put them on half of the pocket:
Pepperoni
Green Peppers
Mushrooms
Ham- lunchmeat
Pineapple
A handful of grated mozzarella cheese
A handful of grated cheddar cheese
Or anything else you want to add!

Fold pocket over in half

Fold over the lip of dough again

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on edges.
Serve with spaghetti sauce poured over the pizza pocket

When Freezing: After making pizza pockets (do not cook) put in freezer. On the day you are eating them put them in fridge to defrost so that dough does not rise.
