For the crust:
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
For the filling:
1 lb ricotta
1 lb cream cheese
1 lb sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 lb butter
4 eggs
3 tbsp. flour

To make the crust:
Combine crust ingredients and press into a buttered spring form pan. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together with an electric mixer cheeses, sour cream, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, butter and flour until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake at 350F for 1 hour. Turn the oven off and leave cake in the oven for at least 4 hours.
