4 fish filets (tilapia, yellow tail or dolphin)
1 purple onion
3 yellow squash
3 zuchini
1/2 stick butter
Old Bay seasoning
Dill Weed
salt/ pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place the filets in a casserole dish. Season them with the dill, old bay and salt and pepper. Slice the vegetables in thin rounds and then layer them over the fish. Slice the butter into thin strips and spread it around the top of the layers.
Bake the dish for 20 minutes in a 350º oven.

Hint* Mix 1 cup mayonaise two tbsp Old Bay and some lemon to make an awsome sauce to acompany this light and easy dish.
