2 c water
1/2 c soy sauce
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
1 bay leaf
1 Tri Tip Roast
French Rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Put all of the above ingredients in the crock pot. Cookon high for 6 hours. When meat is all cooked, shred the beef and reserve the juice. Strain the juice and use it for the Au Jus sauce. Cut French rolls in half and broil until toasted. Butter and put the shredded beef in the rolls and dip in the sauce.
