2 Cups milk
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate or semisweet chocolate
1 tsp. instant coffee powder
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 slices orange rind or 1 mandarin orange rind, 1 inch strips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat milk, but do not boil.
2. Add chocolate, and whisk it.
3. Add coffee, and whisk also.
4. Add the nutmeg, and whisk.
5. Continue to heat and whisk until it reaches desired thickness.
6. Add orange rind and serve
