6 medium chicken breasts (or 1 cut-up chicken)
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz package sliced mushroom
paprika, to taste
1 cup dairy sour cream
Hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts, skin side up, in a 12x7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Blend wine into mushroom soup; add mushrooms and pour over chicken. Bake for 1 - 1 1/4 hours. Remove chicken to platter and sprinkle with paprika. Pour sour cream into saucepan; blend. Pour over chicken and serve with rice.
