1 lb butter
1 lb cream cheese, not whipped, use solid
1 lb sifted flour
Preserves (your choice)
Confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Mix together butter, cream cheese and flour, make sure mixture is mixed well. Shape into a roll and refrigerate 2 hours. Cut off small pieces and roll out on floured board until paperthin. Cut into squares and size you like, I like ravioli size squares. Dot each squarewith some preserves. Fold opposite corners to center and pinch closed. Bake at 400º till light brown, 12-14 minutes. Dust with powder sugar.
