PEPPER TO TASTE
12 T. SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
6 t. GRATED pARMESAN CHEESE

SPRAY A 12 C. MUFFIN TIN OR CUSTARD CUPS.
PLACE 1 t. HALF AND HALF IN BOTTOM OF CUP AND BREAK EGG INTO EACH. WITH SCISSORS, CUT CROSSWISE THRU EGG YOLK; SPRINKLE WITH PEPPER. TOP WITH 1 T. CHEDDAR CHEESE AND 1/2 t. PARMESAN CHEESE.
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 15 MIN. LOOSEN EGGS WITH A RUBBER SPATULA AND SLIDE ONTO WARMED PLATE.
