1 Cup, Butter
1 Cup, Water
4 Tbsp, Cocoa Powder (heaping)
2 Cups, Flour (all-purpose)
1/2 Tsp, Salt
2 Cups, Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup, Sour Cream
1 Tsp, Baking Soda
1 Batch, Frosting

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 400º

1. Bring butter, cocoa, water to a boil

2. Let cool

3. Sift in dry ingredients

4. Then add eggs and sour cream

5. Bake on large cookie sheet (greased and floured)
for 20 minutes

6. Cool then frost

Carol Jessup, makes this for every church event due to the high demand from the congregation and pastor. The pastor always manages to cut out a little corner of the cake before anyone else, so come serving time there is always a corner piece missing, thanks to the church taste tester.
