1-10oz. pkg. frozen spinach thawed
1 egg
1 c. herb stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter melted
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese grated
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 t. thyme
20 lge. mushrooms, stems removed and cleaned

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze out excess water from spinach, combine spinach with egg, stuffing, butter, cheese, salt and pepper, and thyme; mix well. Spoon into each mushroom cap and place on baking sheet. Bake at
350 degrees for about 15 min.
