1 loaf English muffin bread
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. thin sliced deli ham
1/2 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
8 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter

Grease a 9x13 pan. Cover bottom of pan with a layer of buttered bread (butter side up). Cover with a layer of Cheddar cheese, then a layer of ham and then swiss cheese. Cover with another layer of bread (butter side up). Blend eggs milk, mustard, and salt and pour over top. Refrigerate 8-10 hr. or overnight. Mix corn flakes and melted butter just before baking and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350º for 1 hr. or until golden brown.
