18 jumbo eggs, beaten
2 heaping cups cubed ham (1/2 to 1 in. cubes)
2 cups milk
2 tsp. salt
5 slices bread, cubed small
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Add the other ingredients. This can all be done the night before you bake it. Refrigerate until morning. Pour into greased 9x13 in. cake pan and bake in preheated over for 50 min. Top should be just beginning to brown and toothpick or knife should come out clear. For variety add 1 lg. chopped tomato, 1/2 chopped pepper, and 1/2 chopped onion before baking. Makes 12 lg. pieces.
